30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Unworn or unused

  • All tags attached

  • Original packaging included

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

All returns must be shipped to:

(Return address replaced with your Merchwide location as requested.)

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label at your cost along with instructions for sending the item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important:

All returned shipments must include tracking and delivery confirmation. Merchwide Inc. is not responsible for returns or exchanges without valid tracking information. Merchwide Inc. is only responsible for items that we physically receive and cannot assume liability for shipments lost in transit.

 


 

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please email  Support@Merchwide.com

We will promptly correct the issue and ship the proper item(s) to you at no additional cost.

 


 

Clothing Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any clothing that has been washed or worn.
If the item does not fit or you are dissatisfied with the size, you may return it at your expense. Once received, we will ship the exchange item back to you at our cost.

When issuing refunds on clothing, we refund the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away with photos and detailed documentation so we can resolve the matter quickly.

 


 

Books & Printed Publications

Books, graphic novels, comic books, and similar printed items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your book order, please contact us directly for assistance.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special orders

  • Personal care items (beauty / hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union:
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without explanation.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
